Restart Message Store Configuration Process

Is there a way to restart the message store configuration store process?
Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't seem to help.
Removing the ThinkAutomation.NET folder doesn't seem to help.

In the log, it just shows, and I cannot go into Studio to reconfigure.
Could not open Message Store: Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'
Message Store database could not be opened, Service will stop.

    Thanks.

        Hi Coretraveltech,

You can alter ThinkAutomation so that it goes into the Reconfigure Message Store of the Studio by altering the following registry item found in either of these paths (depends which version of 5 you are running):

        32 bit - Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ParkerSoft\ThinkAutomation\5\Settings
        64 bit - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ParkerSoft\ThinkAutomation\5\Settings

        • DBCreated - delete this key

Please ensure that you stop all the ThinkAutomation Windows Services prior to taking this action.

One thing to note also is if you are having issues with the authentication you may need to set the Windows Services to use a domain user that has access to the database. These services run as Windows System User by default and due to this can cause issues if you need them to access the application's database with an NT user.
