Has anyone recently had O365 message source login issues?

    I started seeing in the logs 'Could not connect to Microsoft Graph (unknown error)'
    I also started getting the error Invalid sign-in information. Please authenticate.

    I am trying to figure out if it is an issue on my end or is it O365?

        Hi Hrad,

        That sounds like something has happened with your account's credentials that would need re-authenticating. Have you attempted to re-authenticate to see if this resolves the issue? You may need someone to look into your Office 365 account to understand why the problem has occurred as ThinkAutomation doesn't appear to have shared the reasoning from the user's mailbox.

            Thanks for your reply Daniel. I can login to Office 365 with the same credentials without any issues. Is there a way to get more detailed information from ThinkAutomation as to the error it is receiving from MS Graph?
