outlook 365 not fully connecting
We have been on TA5 now since around the start of the year we are connecting to our email through office 365. Starting last night the connection seems to be failing. It says we are signed in but then I can't see or folder structure at all in your software and data is not being pulled through. I'm going to attempt the latest software update from yesterday and see if that helps solve the problem but wanted to get this out there now incase it is something else.

Thanks for letting us know. Yes it appears the Office 365 firewall connectivity changed recently in respect of the TLS handshake. TA supports all versions of TLS (1.1,1.2 & 1.3) however it also offered SSL 3 and TLS 1.0 during the handshake (even though these will never be used). This was changed in TA 866 to only offer TLS 1.1, 1.2 & 1.3 - which resolved the issue.
