What does the 'Red' indicate in the 'x Messages Today, x Per Minute' line indicate?

I am curious what the 'red' is indicating in the 'x Messages Today, x Per Minute' line on the account card? We are using version 4 and just curious what action we should be taking when we see this is red and not black/grey which it is normally. See image below.
